Deciding to record videos of the paintings I make has been a fantastic learning curve for me.

Watching myself put a painting together has highlighted the ups and downs of my process.

These videos replace the traditional way of demonstrating at workshops. They give an honest insight into how a painting is created from start to finish in a studio environment.

As a beginner or new to painting in acrylics repetition is the key. Watching a process over and over helps to make you fluent. Having the techniques and tools available to you in your mental toolkit is the key.
